RADION is located in the former dental center ACTA, better known as Broedplaats ACTA. A cultural haven, on the fringes of Amsterdam. Always looking for the experiment and pushing the boundaries. RADION is a multidisciplinary cultural platform with a restaurant, exhibition space, and nightclub. Our program ranges from cultural programming to workshops and progressive club nights. The RADION building consists of different spaces that you can use both together and separately for the perfect event. The appearance of RADION is raw and industrial, yet homely.
RADION has a total capacity of 1600 m2, spaced out over five flexible rooms and two terraces. Each space has its unique atmosphere and can be personalized through the perfect balance of music, light, and a selection of vegan food & drinks. The building contains many entrances, and the spaces are fluidly connected, allowing for flexible logistics. This allows us to handle large productions efficiently.
Main
RADION’s biggest room with multiple facilities which makes this space perfect for events like symposia, seated cabaret or art shows, school parties and corporate events.

De Bovenkamer
Because of its auditorium setup, this space is suitable for theatre shows, lectures, film screenings or presentations. In a previous life, De Bovenkamer was a lecture hall which is still clearly recognisably on multiple levels. A production in De Bovenkamer always has an intimate character.

Cafe
Our Cafe is available for closed events with tables and cosy lounge corners, with an outside terrace. This room is also regularly used as a club area.

Expo
Next to the Cafe you will find the Expo area, with its own outside terrace and bar. This space can function for multiple occasions such as workshops, exhibitions, lectures, or private dinners.
