Get know everything about our in-house awareness and support team.
Originally initiated by our former colleague Isabelle, Club Care grew from the idea that nightlife should not only be about music and dancing, but also about safety, awareness and looking out for one another.
During our club nights, Club Care offers both emotional and practical support. You can find the Club Care booth next to the entrance of the Bovenkamer.
At the Club Care booth, you can:
+ ask for support or a check-in
+ cool down or take a quiet moment
+ get help if you or a friend are feeling unwell
+ access first aid supplies
+ receive support in situations involving intoxication
+ buy candy, ice creams and small comfort items
+ receive locker assistance
Never wait for things to escalate before asking for support. No concern or situation is too small.
Safer Clubbing
We believe nightlife should be a space where people can express themselves freely, safely and respectfully. Creating a safe environment is something we do together, as visitors, artists, crew and staff.
At RADION, we do not tolerate:
- discrimination
- harassment
- racism, sexism or queerphobia
- aggressive or unwanted behaviour
- crossing personal boundaries
Please respect the space, the people around you and the atmosphere we build together.
Consent
Consent is non-negotiable, on and off the dance floor.
Always respect someone’s boundaries, body language and personal space.
Silence, hesitation or intoxication aren’t not consent.
Ask. Listen. Respect the answer.
If someone makes you uncomfortable or crosses your boundaries, you can always approach Club Care, security or staff.
We are here to help!
Looking out for each other
Nightlife is where a community comes together, and as a community, we should be looking out for each other.
During the night:
+ check in on your friends
+ help someone who looks lost or overwhelmed
+ respect people’s limits
+ offer water, space or support when needed
Sometimes a small gesture can completely change somebody’s night.
If you notice a situation that feels unsafe or concerning, please involve our staff or Club Care.
Accessibility
We continuously work towards making RADION a safer and more accessible space for everyone.
